What this website does

PhoenixvilleWaterproofing.com is an independent referral website, not the contractor performing the work. Your request may be shared with an independent service provider who can contact you about your basement problem.

Information you provide

The estimate form collects your name, phone and/or email, ZIP code, selected problem, optional timing, and optional message. We also save the referring page path, any supplied campaign tags, submission time, a request identifier, and your agreement to share this request. Do not submit sensitive financial or health information.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to process your request, help identify an independent provider, and allow that provider to contact you about the request. A provider may receive the details you submit and relevant request context. Providers operate independently and may have their own privacy practices. This consent is separate from unrelated marketing.

Storage and service providers

Requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Hosting and an optional configured notification or CRM provider may process the information needed to operate this service. Access should be restricted to authorized operators and service providers. No security measure can guarantee absolute security.

Technical data and analytics

The application uses the connecting IP address transiently for abuse rate limiting; it does not save IP addresses or user-agent strings in the lead table. The hosting platform may process technical traffic data under its own settings. Only allowlisted campaign tags and the source page path are retained for attribution; arbitrary URL parameters are not stored.

No optional analytics service is enabled by default. If Cloudflare Web Analytics or another analytics service is enabled, the operator must update this notice to reflect the actual data collected and any applicable choices before use. The estimate form does not require advertising cookies or browser storage.

Retention and your requests

The operator must establish and document a retention period before launch, including deletion from any notification or CRM destination. Information should be kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose and applicable obligations.
