How to use this worksheet
- Identify each proposal and quote date. Record the provider's explanation and the observations supporting it; different diagnoses need clarification before the prices can be compared.
- For each row, write included, separately quoted, optional or unknown, followed by the actual amount or scope from that proposal. Do not add an included pump or drain twice.
- Keep optional upgrades apart from the baseline total. If required work is unpriced, label the total incomplete and request a written answer. Keep recurring expenses separate from one-time work.
No signup or contact details are required. You can print a blank sheet or type notes first. Notes are not sent, saved by this website or included in analytics. Leaving or reloading may erase them. Keep your own copy and review it before sharing it with anyone.
